This 3-axle 40-foot flatbed semi-trailer is a high-efficiency equipment designed for heavy cargo transportation, with a rated load capacity of 40 tons. Its core configuration focuses on stability and durability, seamlessly adapting to container transportation and various heavy cargo transfer scenarios.
Key structural parameters of the trailer: Equipped with 3 FUWA 13t axles for strong load-bearing support; 2 FUWA 28t landing legs to stably bear the weight of the trailer body during parking and ensure loading/unloading safety; a 10-leaf leaf spring structure enhances shock absorption performance, reducing damage to cargo and the trailer body caused by bumps. The longitudinal beam is made of high-strength steel, with a height of 480mm, an upper flange thickness of 14mm, a middle plate thickness of 8mm, and a lower flange thickness of 16mm, providing excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance. The floor is 3mm thick with a patterned surface, balancing light weight and anti-skid performance to effectively prevent cargo from sliding during transportation. Meanwhile, it is standard equipped with 12 sets of container locks, which can quickly fix standard containers without additional reinforcement tools.

- Size Customization: The length and width of the trailer body can be adjusted according to cargo specifications; the number of axles can also be increased or decreased as needed to flexibly adapt to non-standard cargo transportation.
- Appearance Customization: Industrial gray is the default body color, and any color within the RAL color system can be customized according to customer needs. Logos and vehicle numbers can be laser-engraved on designated positions of the body for asset management and brand recognition.
- Function Customization: Auxiliary structures such as side rails, guardrails, and fixing bolts can be additionally installed to adapt to the fixation of non-container cargo; the floor thickness (e.g., 4-6mm) or anti-skid pattern type can also be upgraded to enhance the safety of special cargo transportation.
